Biopolymers 2017 – Food for Tomorrow congress edition: Key ingredients for the next food transition will be held in Nantes from 29th November to 1st December 2017.

On behalf of the organizing committee, we are delighted to announce that our
Biopolymers 2017 – Food for Tomorrow congress edition: Key ingredients for the next food transition
will be held in Nantes from 29th November to 1st December 2017
This congress, whose main theme is the transitions towards new food and/or ingredients through biopolymer interactions, will be focused on the following topics: 
1- Creating structure to deliver functionality (building, deconstruction, re-structuring,…)
2- Multi-scale assessment in complex systems (time-resolved methods, modelling, …)
3- Eco- and new processes (processing, self-assembly, …)
4- Nutrition, sensory and consumers (health, taste, preferences, …)
5- Special issue Agrifood Program “Food for Tomorrow-Cap Aliment"
